THE NEW YEAR

Hello all,

Well this is a new and exciting year. I am sure everyone has made New Year's Resolutions and will stand by them till at least March. I didn't make any because when I was thinking about this I realized that I always do what I want to do so there is really no need to make a new commitment. I created my own show with the help of my dear friend and legal expert Michael Clark. We have our episodes on www.youtube.com/girltalknyc This has been my passion for a relatively long time and I am really happy to have bought it into fruition. I will also be shooting a movie in the next couple weeks called "Still A Teen" with noted Producer and Director Melvin James.

On another note, I am excited about this blog and even more excited as I get emails in asking me the tough relationship, sex and life questions. Well I am going to answer one of the questions right now. This question really pulled at my heartstrings.

I recently cheated on my husband with another man. It was really just a sex thang but my husband found out about it and now he wants to meet the guy. What do you think I should do?

My answer: Honestly darling I would definitely not let my husband meet this guy. Lord only knows what he will say to make you look even worse than you already do. I would just be deeply apologetic, disclose everything that went on between you and that man and leave it at that. If your husband is gonna leave you, he's gonna do it whether you introduce him to the guy or not. Also, if your husband demands STD tests then you better take that too. Not just for him, but your own peace of mind. You f...d up on this one and you have to deal with the consequences. The deeper issue you have to deal with is why you did such a thing. Look within....
