According to Rap Radar and my boy Cipha Sounds at HOT 97, it seems that Brandy has signed with Jay-Z to be on his new Roc Nation record label. Word on the street is that not only will Brandy be on the label, she will now be managed by Jay-Z and his record label partner, John Meneilly. That's a good look Brandy. Maybe this will be the comeback Brandy really needs to be 'hot and poppin' again. We'll have to stay tuned on this one folks!
