Why can't football players see the big picture?

I just wrote a piece on Marshawn Lynch. Now his teammate, Donte Whitner is in trouble with the law. This incident stemming from a near riot in from of the House of Blues in Whitner's hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. Lynch just got suspended for 3 games for his hit and run incident, now this. Is Buffalo becoming the new Cincinnati Bengals. Add TO to the mix and you have drama that's waiting to happen. This team is becoming dysfunctional by the moment and if management doesn't step in there going to have huge problems.
