Life and death will meet on Wednesday for Gisela Marrero.That's the day she will bury her longtime love Johnny Quintana - and learn whether the sperm she harvested from his corpse can be used to make his baby.
"There's nothing to lose at this point. I already lost him," Marrero, 32, told the Daily News.
