NYPOST: KANYE West's girlfriend, Amber Rose, has found herself some gainful employment -- the bald-headed model announced on Globalgrind.com that she just inked a deal with the Ford agency. The contract, Rose writes, is "proof that when you work hard, good things do happen." At least to people with powerful friends: We hear Rose linked up with Ford after her pal Russell Simmons introduced her on the phone to former Ford Models CEO Katie Ford.
