First Cassie, then La La, then Rihanna and now Ciara! Who does it best? My opinion is Rihanna but like I said that's just my opinion. I'm really interested in finding out if you guys like Ciara's new do. Is she following in others footsteps? Or is she starting something different because she didn't actually shave her head?
