According to Global Grind, legendary rap group, Run DMC, gets a street in Queens named after them! I think they deserve it! They are always representing Queens to the fullest. Hell, I'm posting this article because I'm from Queens and I have to represent where I'm from.
The New York City Council renamed 205th Street and Hollis Ave corner to Run DMC JMJ. JMJ (for those of you who are out of the loop) stands for Jam Master Jay. R.I.P.
