The man accused of attempting to blackmail late night talk host, David Letterman, over his in-office sex antics is set to plead guilty after coping a plea with New York prosecutors, says the New York Daily News.
Emmy-winning CBS News producer, Robert Halderman, was facing 15-years in prison if he had went to trial, but thanks to his plea deal, his attempted $2M extort attempt will only have him facing six months in jail. Read the full article at the Daily News
