Oscar Salazar couldn't hold his water after leaving a bar on Bergenline Avenue and 21st Street. So he stopped by the bus stop and began relieving himself when police approached him.
Officers say they asked Salazar, who was intoxicated, for identification and he refused. He became belligerent as police began writing him a summons for urinating in public.
The police report states that Salazar, of North Bergen, kept stiffening his left arm, attempting to bring it to the front in order to prevent the officer from handcuffing him.
Salazar has been charged with public urination, resisting arrest and obstructing a police officer.
