A Jersey City man arrested in 2009 pleaded guilty Tuesday to one count of conspiracy to commit murder in aid of racketeering and one count of possession of two firearms by a felon, U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman announced.
Thomas "Tommy Guns" Haskins, is the second member of the Fruit Town and Brick City Brims set of the Bloods to plead guilty in connection with a murder conspiracy against a rival gang member. Haskins entered his guilty plea before U.S. District Judge Stanley R. Chesler in Newark federal court. The 26-year-old admitted to conspiring with fellow gang members Gerard "Swizzy" Jennette, and Samad McCallum – to kill a rival gang member identified in court documents as "MB." FULL ARTICLE
