With the recent report that minorities are taking over in big cities in regards to population..it makes me think is this why the "Tea Party" was formed. The only "Tea Party" that I remember was the one I read about in history books. This "Tea Party" fought for things like taxing without representation and England's stronghold of the New country, America. This 2011 "Tea Party" is nothing more than a bunch of privileged ,arrogant, people who have nothing but hate for this President. Has anyone ever seen a President so disrespected by people who are benefiting from the plans he put in place. Its truly amazing for them to be so audacious in their actions.
I digress. The report brings into question what the Tea Party is really about if its not paranoia. We have for the first time in this nation's history an African-american President and an overwhelming number of minorities being born at an astonishing rate. The typical response from a Tea Partier like Allen West or Hermain Cain will be "of course not." Please explain the comment where a Tea Party chair mentioned throwing the President from a helicopter(here) or the "Tar Baby" comment here. The list goes on and on of disparing and racist remarks about President Obama. What the Tea Party and GOP have decided to do is cheat in some cases as well.
America might be a little paranoid as well..with the recent events at NY's Rye Playland..banning head scarves. Who's to say that the "New" America still lets everyone..regardless of where they're from.. live the "American Dream."
