In a not so Raven fashion, actor Orlando Brown was nabbed on a drunken driving charge Friday night with his pregnant girlfriend riding shotgun.
Los Angeles Police initially stopped Brown for a traffic violation, but when they got close to the 23-year-old actor, they caught a whiff of liquor and things went downhill quickly, TMZ reported.
According to an LAPD source, the actor was almost home when an officer observed Brown's vehicle with no license plate on it. After smelling alcohol, the officer administered a field sobriety test, which Brown failed. The admitted Elvis Presley Fan was released from the Hollywood police station in lieu of $15,000 bail, reported BET.
The Los Angeles native made headlines in 2008 after he briefly disappeared following a trip to a 7-Eleven in Studio City. The actor re-surfaced 24 hours later apologizing to fans and family saying he felt "lost and needed time alone."
In 2007, the young actor was arrested in Texas after police stopped him for driving with his headlights off. A subsequent search of the vehicle produced nine grams of marijuana. Brown later told Houston's ABC affiliate, KTRK that the car was not his and he did not know there were drugs in the car, ABC News reported.

Some of you may recall first seeing Brown starring opposite comedian/actor Damon Wayans as that cute little boy, Tiger, in the 1995 movie, "Major Payne."
Some of his film credits include "Senseless at the Gate" (1998), and "The Poor Bear" (2000). He's starred in television shows such as "The Jamie Foxx Show," "Family Matters," "That's so Raven," and currently, "WordGirl."
