Talk about a fools bet.
A California made a wager that left him stuck in a baby-sized swing for nine hours until a park groundskeeper heard his cries around 6 a.m. last weekend.
The 21-year-old victim, whose name has not been released, doused himself with laundry detergent and squeezed into the swing following a $100 bet with friends that he could get in and out of the swing with no problem. When his pals realized he was stuck, they ditched the poor guy and left him in the swing all night.
The groundskeeper notified Vallejo firefighters who cut the swings chain to free the victim. He had to be carried to a local hospital with the baby swing still attached to his rear. Doctors successfully removed the seat with a cast cutter.
