Issa Rae seems to think that with the success of ABG she needs to now jump into the water of disrespecting the First Lady. Issa Rae..you have succeeded in taking ABG to new heights..Shonda Rhimes gave you a show deal..so why do you feel the need to disrespect First Lady, Michelle Obama.?!
Here's the first episode:
I mean you got your time to shine..and now is the right time to have a show that may bring negative attention to the Obama campaign? Its a dumb show and its dangerous to portray the nation's first African-American First Lady in a stereotypical light. This appeals to the fringe element of the GOP party that might even use this against President Obama.
We urge you to cancel this show immediately and go back to being the innovative producer/director that you are. You broke new ground with "ABG" but now you are choosing to go down the dangerous road of coonery that will get you to nowhere fast.
