Long Distance Revolutionary by Mumia Abu-Jamal

Pulitzer Prize-Winning Journalist Chris Hedges meets with Mumia: "The Unsilenced Voice of a Long Distance Revolutionary"
The day before Long Distance Revolutionary screened at Temple University for a Philadelphia audience, director Stephen Vittoria took Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Chris Hedges to visit Mumia Abu-Jamal at SCI Mahanoy in Frackville, PA.

It was a remarkable meeting of two fiercely independent journalists who quickly found they shared a great deal of common ground. The author of 12 books including most recently, "Days of Destruction, Days of Revolt," Hedges has been an uncompromising voice for social justice for nearly two decades. Follow the link below to Hedges's powerful article on his visit with Mumia: "The Unsilenced Voice of a Long Distance Revolutionary.”
