Akon Cops A Plea For Fan Toss Last Summer

Rapper Akon pled guilty in Fishkill Town Court to harassment after he tossed a fan, a 15 year-old boy, off stage at a at a concert near Poughkeepsie in June of 2007. The ATL based rapper will serve no jail time provided that he stay out of trouble, perform 65 hours of community service and pay a $250 fine. A concertgoer sought damages after she suffered a concussion when the teenager fell on her. The whole sordid ordeal was captured on camera then feed to cyberspace for all to see. This isn't Akon's first brush with the law. In April 2007, he got the boot at Gwen Stefani's concert for groping another fifteen year old (female) in Trinidad.
