Who is Angel Presinal?

The big question on everyones minds that follow Major League Baseball is who is Angel Presinal besides the trainer linked to Alex Rodriguez. Presinal was banned from Major League clubhouses in October of 2001 when an unmarked gym bag was found to have steroids in it. When questioned he said the bag belonged to Juan Gonzalez, when they in fact belonged to him. It was during this time he meet Alex Rodriguez, then a player with the Texas Rangers.
Presinal has been linked to several Dominican Republic baseball players as a trainer for both Major and Minor league players. Former major league pitcher Jose Rijo referred to him as a baseball God in the Dominican Republic. He has trained numerous Dominican baseball players such as Pedro Martinez, David Ortiz, Vladimir Guerrero, Bartolo Colon, Miguel Tejada, Adrian Beltre, Moises Alou, Jose Guillen, Ervin Santana, Ruben Sierra, Francisco Cordero, Jose Mesa and Juan Guzman. All former players or current baseball players. Better yet, there some of the better baseball players in the Major Leagues.
David Ortiz has been questioned about steroids now when it was found out that he was associated with Presinal.
Presinal may be looked upon as a baseball God in the Dominican, but there is a thing called guilty by association. He was banned from baseball clubhouses when Rodriguez first joined the Rangers, yet A Rod still wanted his assistance. Thats not stupid choice, that's a dumb choice. You already were the highest paid player in MLB history then you wanted to get juiced for what. You were already posting up Hall of Fame numbers, what would taking roids help you do? My question is why did you stop? At least, the Yankees would have won a couple a championships from it. Or better yet, maybe that's the reason you choke every year in the post season. Whatever it is, you knew your consequences and you did what you did any way so the jury is out? We'll see if you can continue your season output.
