This is a constant battle that I'm having with my son. I don't know how many times I've told my son to pick his pants up! He just doesn't seem to understand the meaning behind his pants saggin. He just wants to emulate what Lil Wayne got going on....and I don't mind that but he should be aware. I want my son to be knowledgeable of the things that he's doing and to not be ignorant. My son is a black man and I think the way he carries himself means alot! He should take more pride in his appearance. Not that he doesn't but I'm just saying. My son will be 17 in a few days and I would love for him to make more informed decisions. On that note, I dedicate this article to my son, Marquis.
