Every now and again I get these emails about beef or something juicy going on within the industry. Sometimes I post the emails up and sometimes I don't. This particular email I received I found very interesting...so I'm posting it up. The email is about rapper NOE, currently of Dipset's Byrdgang movement. NOE is an artist that many seem to think sounds like Jay Z. If for some reason you are not familiar with Noe's work, check out this joint called "Noe Headlights" featuring Jim Jones below:
NOE is also known for ghostwriting for the likes of Diddy and Danity Kane! But, despite all of his achievements, he still doesn't seem to get the recognition he deserves. Rumor has it that Jay Z has pumped the breaks on this brotha moving forward towards his dream. I don't know how true the rumor is but I have heard similar stories about Jay Z pumpin brakes on dudes in the industry. The rumor, according to Music Industry Stripped Naked, goes on to say Jay Z has went as far as dropping some subliminal messages towards NOE and biting his style! Here is the subliminal message in Jay Z's verse on "Go Hard": "Imma go harder than Baltimore." (For those of you not aware....NOE is from Baltimore) and there are also some photos that are suspect, only because they are sooo similar. Check them out for yourselves below:
