Fabolous has a new video out called "Welcome To My Work Place". I'm lovin the video but it seems that videos lately have the same black and white, HD effect going on. The video also reminds me of Jadakiss' video "Put Ya Hands Up" and of course the classic movie hit "New Jack City".
