Mike Tyson and photographer Tony Echevarria were both arrested and booked for misdemeanor battery in Los Angeles on Wednesday. The two got into a scuffle in a Los Angeles airport, culminating with Echevarria falling to the ground. He reportedly needed treatment at a hospital. Tyson and various witnesses maintain that he was defending his family from an overly aggressive papparrazo. The photographer maintains that Tyson was the instigator. Both men were released, but police are investigating the case.
