DNA evidence may set James Bain free. Bain has spent 35 years in jail for an attack on a 9-year-old boy that the court say he committed. His lawyer says the DNA on undergarments of the child is not that of Bain. Judges have denied Bain's requests for years...but his lawyers are still fighting. Mr. Bain has been incarcerated since he was 18-years-old. The Innocence Project of Florida says they hope to have Bain freed by Christmas.
