1. If stopped by the police (Particularly the NYPD)
Turn stereo volume down...better yet, turn it off completely
Keep your hands on the steering wheel in plain view
Don't move
Don't make direct eye contact with the officer unless he asks you to do so
If you have weapons in the car, tell him immediately
If you're on your cell phone and you're nervous lay it down but do not continue holding it to your eye and talking on it
Don't make any sudden moves
After he asks for your registration and driver's license tell him you are reaching for it.....click here for full story
