Ludacris is on the road for his "Luda On The Block 2010 Census" tour. This tour is about motivating minorities to fill out and mail back their 2010 census form. Ludacris also stopped by radio station WQUE to talk to listeners who may not have responded to the census yet. Ludacris wants to stress the importance of filling out this census form and how it can help your community. Watch Luda in action below:
