I'm starting to think that having your foundation 3 shades lighter than your actual skin color is the thing to do these days. I've seen Lil Kim do it for years and now Rosa Acosta is following the trend to. I've got to do some more research on this trend but getting into the topic at hand, Rosa Acosta was celebrating her birthday this past weekend looking like a ghost in the face but colorful on the body!
