Dallas Man Wins Lawsuit Against Collection Agency



There's no denying it....we are in a recession yall. Hell, some people may even say we are in a depression. Things are getting rough and we just can't seem to keep up. We work, try our best to raise our kids and work some more but some of us are barely keeping our heads above water. So imagine this...you are behind on some bills and of course, the agency wants their money so the phone calls start. You answer the phone and explain your situation just to get a nasty attitude from the operator who made the call. You start to get this weird feeling as if maybe you owe the operator and not the agency...does this sound all too familiar? Hell, I'm living through it right now! But what if the agency that called you took it a step further? Called you back to back non stop? Left racial messages on your phone and cursed you out? What would you do then?

Here's a story of a man who decided to take a collection agency by the name of "Advanced Call Center Technologies" to court! And guess what yall? This man won $1.5 million in damages!! Peep the story below:



I don't know about you guys but after seeing this, I'm going to start recording my phone calls with these collection agencies because I know all too well that they can get out of pocket!!
