Van der Sloot movie under way as he awaits murder trial
Drama was unfolding around Joran van der Sloot in more ways than one, Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf reported Monday.
As the 22-year-old awaited trail for the murder of Peruvian student Stephany Flores, shooting of a film about his alleged role in the 2005 disappearance of U.S. teen Natalee Holloway was underway in Aruba.
Dutch filmmaker Paul Ruven is making "Me & Mr. Jones," which is the fictional account of a journalist seeking information about Holloway's presumed death five years after she was last seen in an Aruba nightclub.
The film stars Dutch actor Robert de Hoog and is due to premiere in early 2011. Details of the plot are not known, but the undercover reporter who stars in the film is said to make a "shocking discovery" when investigatin....full story
