Hudson County School of Technology Scoring Big With 'Unorthodox' Curriculum


Students at Hudson County Schools of Technology's Academy for Independent Studies realize their school's curriculum is far from typical...and that's just what they love about it most.

School administrators believe in giving their students a dose of on the "job" training by way of projects where the students earn credits by passing proficiency assessments versus classes and grades.
