Just a week after coming under fire for allowing a jail sex party for teen criminals, state officials are at it again -- this time arranging a rare marriage ceremony and a three-hour reception for a convicted assailant and his Bronx guests at an upstate youth prison, The Post has learned.
The marriage -- the first in at least 15 years at the facility -- was held yesterday with the bride and six family members arriving at the tightly locked Brookwood Secure Center in Claverack, Columbia County, in a gray minivan just after 1 p.m.
