Speeders, eluders and other wrong doers beware: Come april 2011, General Motors will unveil it's sleek, slick Chevrolet Caprice Police Patrol Vehicle at local precincts near you. The Chevy police package will officially go on sale in June 2011.
There will be two packages offered: the detective and police package. Sale of the detective packages are set for October of this year, while the police package will not be offered until January 2011.
The new Caprice vehicle will have the usual fixings, except this particular line comes with a 355-horsepower 6.0-liter V8 engine with a six-speed automatic transmission. Sounds sweet....until you see those blue gumballs flashing behind you.
