NY Grand Jury Declines to Indict Foxy Brown on Majority of Latest Charges

Looks like rapper Foxy Brown won't face any jail time for her latest stunt involving a neighbor, and violating a protection order, The NY Post reported.

A grand jury voted not to indict the raunchy rapper on three misdemeanor and two felony counts, but voted to indict Brown on a misdemeanor related to the July confrontation with Arlene Raymond, a former neighbor from Brown's Prospect Heights neighborhood. The heat between the two goes back at least three years.

The two women began feuding over blasting music from Brown's car stereo three years ago and have been at it ever since. Raymond, 29, said she and Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, passed one another on the street days after the initial feud when Marchand hurled a Blackberry cell phone at her, cutting Raymond's lip and knocking a tooth loose.

Raymond filed an order of protection against the dancing diva after that incident. The latest incident blew up after Marchand was allegedly "strutting" below Raymond's window when she "stuck her butt out, in a kiss-my-butt kind of way," according to a neighbor who claimed to have witnessed the incident.

Marchand then began screaming and then reportedly called Raymond a "f- - -king bitch" from the street and then snarled: "I'm going to f- - k you up!" the neighbor said.

"I always knew I was innocent," Marchand crowed outside court yesterday, The NY Post reported. "And this is all about jealousy," said Marchand.
