A 4'10 man is a groping bandit on NYC streets and he his a menace to all women. NYPD is on the lookout for this pervert.
His image was captured by a subway surveillance camera some two weeks ago, giving the police a very clear picture of the man they suspect of having committed sexually oriented crimes against 10 women, all of the attacks occurring since May.
Yet not only has the suspect not been identified or caught, he has also had the temerity to strike twice more since his image was released: both attacks took place this past weekend, the authorities said Tuesday.
