She says the only time he speaks to her is to tell her to get her mother to allow courts to unfreeze his assets from not paying child support so he can have money. He doesn't go to family court and she estimates that he owes over 20K in child support. They also admit to is brother using food stamps but driving luxury cars and also not paying child support. Starr says she has documents to back her allegations.
