Carnival Cruise Lines personnel are arranging to fly passengers from St. Maarten, which is located in the eastern Caribbean, back to Florida by private charter jet.
A CNN report says while power was restored, the ship still couldn't leave port. WREG Reporter Kris Anderson, a passenger on the ship, said while flight arrangements were being made, passengers are enjoying themselves on the island.
