New Orleans, LA. Rap artist/mogul Lil'Wayne signed Justin Beiber to Young Money. Beiber will change his name to "Young Beib" and now operate as a g'd up r and b singer. Beiber tweeted "it feels so good to be added to the Young Money Fam, Young Beib is taking over this HAM industry. My hair is too much for all of you fools!". Weezy F.
