Is that some damn lipstick on Bow Wow in this pic?! I hope somebody altered this photo and I'm just getting the end result of it! Has he done lost his mind? I'm hearing he had a meltdown via Twitter....not certain what is going on in this photo or maybe it was a prank but whatever the hell it is....I ain't feeling it!
