I thought it was going to be a minute before Vibe Magazine came back into effect. Either way, I think they're doing it big this time by letting Chris Breezy grace the cover of their first come back issue which will be out in December of 09.
And in other Chris Brown news, I'm guessing he's been getting lots of flack for his new album cover (Graffiti) which shows Chris Breezy in some very fitted pants. :) Here's what Breezy had to say about his fitted pants below:
