Alicia Keys was spotted jet skiing out in Dubai with a bikini on. I can see all the tongues hanging out of people's mouths as I write this. ;-) Anywho, Alicia looked like she had a good time with her Mom and Bro. Only thing that strikes me as odd is...she's in Dubai but where the hell is Swizzy?! Isn't that his hometown? I'm so upset they didn't go jet skiing together. Peep the good times below:
