(CNN) -- Jesse James, reality TV star husband of Sandra Bullock, has won the latest battle in the ongoing custody feud he's had with his ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder.
On Monday, a California court denied Lindemulder's request for extended custody of the 5-year-old daughter she had with James, according to the court documents acquired by the Los Angeles Times. Lindemulder, 39, asked that her weekly visitations be expanded to include overnight stays, but Commissioner Thomas Schulte has kept them restricted to daytime hours only.
This is the latest decision in a custody fight that began when Lindemulder, a film star turned producer of adult movies, was released from prison in July after serving a short sentence for tax evasion.
