Vivian Choi remembered her mother at a funeral service Saturday as a hard-working, self-sacrificing woman who devoted herself to her husband and children. In front of the altar at the Roman Catholic Church of the Madonna in Fort Lee, a formal portrait of her mother stood behind a porcelain urn containing her ashes. Story
