One of the victims of a double homicide in Jersey City has been identified as 17 year-old Mileak Richardson. Richardson, who was shot in his face, had to be identified by tattoos on his body, said his step-mother, Phyllis McRae.
Police say both victims were found dead on Woodlawn Avenue at approximately 4 AM this morning.
The second victim was the cousin of Richardson known only as Lester. Lacrisha Richardson, a cousin of Mileak and Lester said that Lester had just turned 26 on February 1. Richardson would have celebrated his 18th birthday on February 13.
