To be or not to be...banned, that is. It's looking like MTV has not banned the Lady Gaga (Ft. Beyonce) "telephone" video. According to the tweet of MTV programming manager, Tuma Basa, the video has not been banned

Apparantly, folks have made much ado about the racy scenes in the video (Gaga being stripped naked, etc). You be the judge.
