NYPD Crackdown: 3,753 Drivers Cited for Cell, Driving Violations

Clip it or take this ticket.

That's the message the NYPD is sending to city drivers. Officers cited at least 3,753 drivers for using hand-held cell phones while operating a motor-vehicle. The summonses were handed out within the first 18-hours of a day-long crackdown Thursday.

The fine for that summons is a cool $150.

So, use your blue tooth or pull over and do your talking, New Yorkers. It is really worth an accident or that fine?
