States Questioning Constitutionality of Health Care Reform Bill

In it's infancy stages, the new health care reform bill has several states poised to launch a federal lawsuit aimed at challenging the constitutionality of the bill.

Bill McCollum, the Republican attorney general under Republican Gov. Charlie Crist, told media representatives at a news conference that the lawsuit would be filed once President Obama physically signs the bill into law.

So far the states likely to follow Florida's lead are: Alabama, Nebraska, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and Washington.
