Simmons 'Fab Life' Garage Sale, Pricey Items

It's the mother of all yard sales. One to rival all yard sales.

Entrepreneur and Hip Hop pioneer, Russell Simmons and ex-wife, model and couturier diva Kimora Lee, who divorced in January 2009, listed their massive 49,000 square foot, 10-bedroom estate, which includes both indoor and outdoor pools, a wine cellar and a movie theater in for $23.9 million but reduced the price to $13.9 million.

Now, they're selling off many of their possessions before turning the home over to new owners, The Associated Press reported.

Described as being one of the biggest and well furnished mansions in New Jersey, The home, which has been featured on MTV's "Cribs" and Style Network's "Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane," with it's pristine marble and wood floors the domain houses the best of the best.

While the average yard saler may not be able to afford the bed that once belonged to the late Gianni Versace priced at a hefty $200,000 (the pillow is going for $2,000), or those bronze pair of lions selling for a cool $20,000, but buyers will have the chance to snatch up the $20 dog beds and $3 coffee mugs for sale, Boston.com reported.
