On Oct. 28, Mr. Arrington took to his blog to accuse CNN of ambushing him. He asserted that he said he knew no black entrepreneurs because he doesn’t “categorize people as black or white or gay or straight in my head.” He wrote, “They’re just smart or not smart.”Sure..whatever you say.

TECHCRUNCH FOUNDER, Micheal Arrington, BLOCKS @blackurbanbooks..after airing of CNN "blackinamerica"'s tech segment!
So Mr. Arrington has gone ahead and blocked our publishing imprint's twitter handle @blackurbanbooks. Not sure why, but its interesting that this comes on the heels of BlackinAmerica 4- Blacks in Tech segment. Anyway..its inspiring to say the least..because black startups don't need vc funding..they just needed a catalyst and the black in america segment has already done the job. So..thanks Mr. Arrington for blocking me. I follow Angela Benton and Wayne Sutton and all of the other newme accelerator members anyway. Real Talk.
