After being fitted, guests in attendance were then able to have their makeup done by a professional makeup artist in addition to having multiple pictures taken by a professional photographer. To take a break from all the excitement circulating through one of New York's most exclusive lounges, attendees were treated to a variety of mixed cocktails courtesy of French Vodka maker, Hpnotiq Harmonie, and a plethora of pastries from the dessert table provided by Elle’s Pastry Boutique.
The founder of Shuly Wigs, Shuly herself was on hand to do interviews and discuss the evolution of her brand. Shuly also provided consultation and mingled with long time clients such as former New York Liberty basketball player, Kim Hampton and BET Personality, Kijafa Frink. Press and all attendees had an opportunity to photograph and communicate with the beautiful models and Shuly hairdressers about the look, texture and quality of the hair.
Upon departure of this event, guest received a Shuly Wigs gift bag consisting of all Shuly’s favorite hair necessities and an issue from one of the most glamorous bridal magazines, Munaluchi Bridal. For some this was a fun girls day event, but for all, this was an informative time to explore the importance and the evolution of the wig business, the Shuly Wigs business in particular.
