I hate to report but..... Lil Scrappy has got caught up by the police again. He was arrested this afternoon in Atlanta.
Scrappy was handcuffed on the side of the road today after violating probation and was taken into custody at DeKalb County Jail.
Scrappy tweeted:
I just got locked up pray for me
