Rapper Lil Wayne was reportedly re-admitted to a Los Angeles hospital after suffering another seizure, reported TMZ.com.
Fellow rapper, Mack Maine tweeted that the 30-year-old Louisiana native was "Alive and well," and that fans should not believe the "Nonsense about comas and tubes to breathe."
Cedar Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles would not confirm or deny the earlier TMZ report, but the following tweets seem to indicate that while the "Lollipop" rapper was hospitalized, he is in "Good spirit (sic)...Feelin much betta..." tweeted Birdman5star.
There has been no official statement released by Lil Wayne's publicist on his alleged hospital visits.
According to a post from TMZ, Lil Wayne, born Dwayne Michael Carter, was in critical condition at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles in a medically induced coma and was "unstable after suffering another seizure," Billboard Magazine reported.
The report further stated that the rapper was hospitalized on Tuesday (March 12), "After suffering multiple seizures..." and was released the following day only to be "Rushed back to Cedars Sinai hours later after suffering another seizure."
TMZ reported that doctors found "High amounts of codeine" in Carter's system" and that his stomach was pumped three times.
