Looks like Ice Cube isn't the only one with new plans. Brandy Norwood (Moesha) and her mom have partnered with "Girlfriends" creator Mara Brock Akil (who will write the pilot) for a new televison series to be featured on the CW and produced by Touchstone Television. The singer told MTV that on the new show she will play the role of a single mom... a native New Yorker who moves to Los Angeles to take a job as an entertainment editor. Many of us in this industry (writing, journalism) know that life all too well.
